Champaign, IL — Premiere Global Sports, the leading provider of collegiate sports travel, event and hospitality products and ticketing services, continues to grow its influence in the collegiate sports travel industry.  In just the past few months, PGS has added three new official collegiate partners and traveled over 5,000 fans to college bowl games, including fans of 5 of the 10 teams who competed in BCS bowl games.  Additionally, PGS will be traveling fans of many partner schools to basketball championships, including the upcoming 2013 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

“After an exciting bowl season, 2013 is already off to a great start as we welcome new partners and kick off our day-to-day collegiate athletic department travel services,” said Joe Bennett, CEO of Premiere Global Sports.  “Premiere Global Sports is proud to offer fans all over the country with convenient travel and hospitality packages to attend their favorite events and we’re thrilled to be able to serve our University partners in new ways.”

For over 50 years, PGS has been delivering unforgettable collegiate sports fan travel programs for more than 40 universities and now can serve collegiate athletic departments in their day-to-day travel needs.  Since the New Year, PGS has added three new partners: the University of South Carolina, the University of Indiana and the University of Pittsburgh.  PGS will provide official fan travel for both Indiana and Pitt while managing the day-to-day travel needs for the University of South Carolina Department of Athletics.

PGS provides official travel for fans of partner schools to select road games and championship events including football bowl games and the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.  Last bowl season, 18 of PGS’s university partners traveled approximately 5,000 fans to bowl games with groups ranging in size from 13 people to 1,900.  In the coming weeks, PGS will also supply travel and hospitality options for the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament for its partner schools who advance to the Sweet Sixteen and beyond.  For these events, PGS offers a variety of travel options from game day only to all inclusive packages featuring chartered flights, airport transfers, stays in team hotels and access to pregame events that are fully escorted by professional PGS staff.
